Ora-Visio (hereinafter the ” Platform “) is a web platform, operated by ORA, a limited liability company with capital of 5,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 82, vielle route de la Gavotte in Les Pennes-Mirabeau (13170), registered in the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under identification number 515 375 400 and whose intracommunity VAT number is FR47515375400 (the ” Company “).
Users of the Platform (the ” User (s)”) can access various services, including contact with professionals in the fields of speech therapy, psychology and tutoring (the ” Service( s)”).
Becoming a User of the Platform implies the collection of information. In this context, the protection of your data is an absolute priority for the Company. Therefore, in order to preserve your trust, the Company has adopted this Privacy Policy.
All such information is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Information collected
In order to enable Users to take full advantage of the Platform’s Services and functionalities, the Company collects various types of information. By registering on the Platform, you expressly agree to the collection of this information, regardless of the country from which you are connecting. Furthermore, the fact that you communicate data to the Company is entirely voluntary on your part. You may object at any time by modifying your settings or cancelling your account. Withdrawal of consent is not retroactive.

Information collected
Information provided at registration: To become a User, you must provide personal information, such as your first and last name and e-mail address. Without this minimum information, it is not possible to create an account.
Information provided when booking an appointment with a service provider: surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address.
Use of the Platform
When you use the Platform, the Company’s servers automatically record the information created and exchanged when using our Services. For example, the Company is aware of all your session information (which page you visited on the Platform, what data was entered, etc.).
Log files, Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your computer
The Company receives, when you connect to the Platform, the link of the site from which you arrived and the one to which you go when you leave the Platform.
The Company also receives your Internet Protocol (IP) address and certain information about your computer’s operating system and browser.
Cookies
Like the vast majority of websites, the Company uses cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer’s hard drive that identify you as a User when you connect to the Platform. - Retention of collected information
Once collected, this information is stored on the Company’s servers or those of any of the Company’s subcontractors for processing in connection with the use of the Services. They are kept for as long as you have a member account on the Platform. If your member account is inactive for a period of 3 years, your member account data will be automatically deleted.
Please note that cookies are valid for a maximum of 13 months.
In order to ensure that the Platform’s services and functionalities run smoothly, Users are advised to regularly update the information contained in their Profile and, consequently, to correct or delete any inaccurate information.
You always remain the owner of the information about yourself that you transmit to the Platform. - Use of collected information
The information collected is used to enable you to use the various Services offered on the Platform. By creating your account, you voluntarily and expressly accept this Privacy Policy, which authorizes the Company to process your data.

As a User of the Platform, you are bound to respect, in addition to legal and regulatory obligations, the obligations arising from the present Privacy Policy and the Platform’s General Terms and Conditions.
The Company also appeals to your responsibility on the understanding that Users are solely responsible for the information and content, including information concerning race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or any health-related information, that they communicate.
- Protection of minors
In order to protect minors, the User must have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity.
- Security
To protect your personal information, access to your account is password-protected and you must keep it confidential. In the event of unauthorized use of your account or any breach of the confidentiality and security of its means of identification, you must inform the Company immediately.

- Modification of the Privacy Policy
