ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a disorder that is still poorly understood and, above all, misinterpreted.

The « different » behaviors of people with ADHD often make them seem lazy, distracted, impulsive or bent on getting their own way.

This deceptive appearance leads to withdrawal, low self-esteem and a succession of bad experiences in their daily lives, whether in love, work or family.

All this, while ADHD symptoms such as inattention, disorganization, procrastination, impulsivity, difficulty managing emotions or interpersonal relationships, stem from a physiological imbalance that the ADHD individual cannot control.

ADHD coaching is designed to :

  • Explain in detail what ADHD is.
  • Modify inappropriate behavioral habits.
  • Develop tools and strategies to better manage these symptoms.
  • Improve interpersonal communication and project success.
  • Regain self-esteem.
  • Set up routines to make daily life easier.

This coaching is suitable for adults, parents (for their children) and/or families as a whole.

How does ADHD coaching work?

  1. Explanation of ADHD, its symptoms and manifestations.
  2. Setting objectives
  3. The aim of coaching is to give you personalized tools adapted to your difficulties. Between each session, you’ll be given « homework » to put the tools you’ve learned into practice, because only practice leads to significant change.
  4. Concluding session to consolidate what has been learned and, above all, what has been achieved.
